Within one of Eric Lyon’s renown Span developments, this sensitive kitchen refurbishment looked to retain the original 1960’s character whilst adding additional worktop and storage.

The Iroko surfaces were refurbished and faithfullly recreated with retro style appliances and D-line handles. An underfloor heating system was installed beneath new Italian terrazzo tiles which added a splash of colour to the apartment.
